Oh What A Night!!! No this is not from Jantzie (Hi Jantz). I can't say how
much I enjoyed the evening. As you may of may not know, my wife Jane and I
traveled to Hays with Dave and Shelly Bryan . I was thrilled that the
ladies went along. However, I am very surprised at how much they enjoyed
the evening. As the one guy from Plainville that weighed 135 lbs and just
loved to hit (if anyone knows his name let me know) talked about his wife
pleading with him when football season rolls around not to hurt her, and
that she really didn't understand, so too was it with my wife in
understanding what the big deal was before we went to Hays.
When she had seen Jantz's and Dave Windholtz's
presentation it started coming together for her. When we had just finished
the pictures with both Cimarron and Plainville players she finally
understood. When Coach yelled "Lets go get em" and started running from
our "Huddle" she understood it all then. Tingles still run down my spine
as I recall the many times we followed Coach under that same setting.
It was great to see all of the guys that came. I know
there were many that could not make it but the ones that did were pretty
damned special. Brownie, you did a heck of a job as well as all who
participated. I can't wait to get my DVD's. I will have an order form on
my site soon. Jantz, be sure and tell the Plainville guys about the web
site for the form and pictures of the evening. I have gotten some pictures
already from the Bryans but would like more if anyone has some to send.
Got to run. I have a file that is three times bigger
than Bob Greer's to go through and thin out so my time is running short.
